Finance and Insurance (F & I) Manager Shottenkirk Hyundai Granbury Shottenkirk Automotive Group is family-owned and has been in business for over 60 years. We currently operate 27 Automotive Dealerships in 6 states and employ over 2,500 people. A Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager is responsible for helping customers finance their vehicle purchase by working with lending agencies; they are also responsible for having a deep understanding of aftermarket options and warranties that can be purchased with the vehicle being sold. * WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED AUTOMOTIVE FINANCE MANAGER WHO KNOWS HOW TO CLOSE. This is NOT a training position. This is NOT a desk job for someone waiting on deals to fall into their lap. And this is definitely NOT the place for someone who needs to be taught how to structure a deal, present products, or ask for the sale. We want a PROVEN F&I PROFESSIONAL who walks into the finance office ready to produce.

You should be able to: * Consistently deliver strong PVR and gross profit * Structure deals quickly and intelligently * Work multiple lenders and maximize approvals * Present F&I products with confidence and conviction * Overcome objections without giving away the store * Close deals professionally and aggressively * Protect gross while maintaining excellent CSI * Read credit, understand stipulations, and solve problems * Maintain strong lender relationships * Keep deals moving and funded * Handle a fast-paced showroom without getting overwhelmed * Hold yourself accountable to NUMBERS, NOT EXCUSES
