Coggins Auto Group is growing and we're looking for an experienced Automotive Finance Manager who is ready to be a true team player. This is a hands-on role where you'll step in wherever needed to help keep the dealership running smoothly, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and support the overall success of the dealership which may mean taking on responsibilities beyond the traditional F&I office. At Coggins, we believe buying a vehicle should be transparent, straightforward, and enjoyable. We're looking for a Finance Manager who shares that mindset and knows how to balance a great customer experience with strong business performance. The right candidate will have experience in automotive finance and insurance, lender relationships, deal structuring, compliance, and F&I product presentation. You'll work closely with our sales and management teams to ensure every customer receives clear financing options and a smooth experience from handshake to delivery. What We Offer

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through financing options and help secure the best available solutions for their individual needs
• Present F&I products, warranties, and protection options in a clear, transparent, and customer-focused way
• Structure deals to support both customer satisfaction and dealership profitability
• Submit deals to lenders, obtain approvals, and maintain strong lender relationships
• Accurately prepare and review contracts, paperwork, and deal documentation
• Ensure all transactions comply with local, state, and federal regulations
• Maintain a thorough understanding of title and registration requirements
• Work closely with the sales team and dealership leadership to keep deals moving efficiently
• Audit completed deals for accuracy, compliance, and opportunities for improvement
• Ensure contracts are funded accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain all required certifications and stay current on industry regulations and best practices
• Help create the transparent, stress-free experience customers have come to expect from Coggins

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of automotive finance experience or relevant dealership experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of dealership finance, lending, insurance, and F&I procedures
• Ability to effectively structure and close deals
• Knowledge of title and registration processes
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Motivated, accountable, and always looking for ways to improve
• Professional appearance and customer-first attitude
• Valid driver's license
